Israel is going into an unprecedented third election! The two main votes on the ballot, Netanyahu and Gantz, have previously shown an interest in working together in a unity government, but with the election date soon approaching Netanyahu has shared some harsh criticisms about his opponent. There's a lot at stake here, because without a successful election a true government can't be formed, limiting what the government can do financially. The security of the entire state ends up compromised in that case. I'm hoping that Netanyahu will win, but at this point it's anyone's game.
