Breaking news!
President Trump's peace plan for the Middle East, the much anticipated 'Deal of the Century,' has just been released and reactions are very divided.
First up, the Palestinian Authority President, Mahmoud Abbas. Well, I give the Palestinians points for consistency at least:

Here's a broader view of the plan's approval rating worldwide. I would add that Russia has already said that they reject the plan, meaning the 'big three' of Ezekiel's war (Iran, Turkey, and Russia) are all united in rejecting it. After the war happens, many of these rejections will probably go away.

Locusts have been devastating East Africa's food supply in recent days.
Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” And Jesus answered and said to them..."Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows." ~Matthew 24:3-8 NKJV
When Jesus says "the beginning of sorrows," He's talking about birth pangs leading up to a woman giving birth. In the Bible, the Tribulation is likened to a pregnant woman's active labor. In other words, those signs that Jesus listed are pre-tribulation signs. They are things that will all be happening at the same time just before the Tribulation begins.
Pestilences means plagues. While it most often refers to disease, it can also refer to pests - such as these devouring locusts. Jesus never told us how there would be food shortages, but maybe it's due to plagues like this one.

Here's a closer look at why the Palestinians reject the plan.
"When the president stated that the Palestinians would be given ‘East Jerusalem; as their capital, it was the area of Abu Dis that he was referring to; an area that is outside of the city limits of Jerusalem where the Arab community currently resides."
